1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the d222 platform (available at d222.today and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the d222 platform and close your account. d222 reserves the right to deny access to any user who does not comply with these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and d222 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on d222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. d222 strictly prohibits access to individuals under the age of 21. Age verification via a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
3. Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from d222 or any affiliated gaming platform, or be subject to any regulatory exclusion order.
4. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at any time d222 requests verification.
5. Single Account: You may hold only one active account on d222 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — under the same identity, household address, device, or payment method — is prohibited.

d222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including CNIC front and back, proof of address, and payment method confirmation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of d222 — including casino games, sports betting, deposits, and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all d222 accounts:

• Registration Information: You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and CNIC number during registration. All information must be accurate.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. d222 recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling two-factor authentication. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Account Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify d222 immediately via live chat or by emailing our support team.
• Account Currency: All d222 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no option to switch account currency.
• KYC Verification: d222 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) practices. You may be required to submit identity and payment verification documents before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Suspension: d222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or engages in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on d222 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through approved payment channels. The following conditions govern all deposit transactions:

• Own Payment Methods Only: You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.
• No Cash Deposits: d222 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in the approved channels above.
• Deposit Limits: d222 may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at its discretion. Players may also set their own deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard.
• Failed Transactions: d222 is not liable for failed deposits caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or network issues. If a deposit fails but funds have been debited from your account, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from d222 are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion Required: All withdrawals require a fully verified account. Accounts that have not completed CNIC verification cannot process withdrawal requests.
• Same Method Rule: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. d222 may request additional verification before approving withdrawals to a different method.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests to verified accounts are processed within three (3) business hours for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa). Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one (1) business day.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Wagering Requirements: Funds derived from bonus credits may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements.
• Right to Review: d222 reserves the right to review and delay any withdrawal request for up to five (5) business days where additional verification or fraud review is required.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

d222 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be stated in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your d222 account at a time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless the promotion explicitly permits it.
• Eligible Players: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. d222 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• No Abuse: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or collusion — is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the stated period will expire and cannot be reinstated.
• d222 Discretion: d222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably considers this necessary.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the d222 sports betting platform, including PSL cricket betting, international cricket, football, UFC, and all other covered events:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by d222. A bet is only confirmed when you receive a bet reference number. d222 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event where the result is already known.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. d222 reserves the right to restrict stakes on individual accounts or markets.
• Obvious Errors: Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — whether due to a technical error or human error in the odds feed — may be voided by d222 after review, regardless of settlement status. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Event Cancellation: If a covered sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the completion of sufficient play to produce a result under the applicable sport's rules, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. d222 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly during fast-moving phases of play such as wickets, goals, or knockouts.
• Settlement: d222 will use official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for PSL, ICC for international cricket) for settlement purposes. In the event of a dispute, d222's decision is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the d222 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to access d222 while under the age of 21, or facilitating access for any underage individual.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one d222 account under any circumstances, including under a different name, email, device, or payment method.
• Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, identity theft, or the submission of fraudulent verification documents.
• Money Laundering: Using d222 for the purpose of laundering money or financing illegal activities. d222 maintains AML procedures and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.

• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any software that interacts with d222's platform in a non-human manner, without express written consent from d222.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, or sharing real-time information in live casino or poker environments.
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to d222's systems, databases, or other player accounts. Any such attempt will be reported to law enforcement immediately.

9. Responsible Gaming

d222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover losses. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time window.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive automated notifications after 30, 60, or 120 minutes of continuous play.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Technical failures, system outages, or interruptions beyond d222's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, third-party payment processor delays, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Errors in odds or game results that are corrected under the terms of Sections 7 and 8 of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit d222's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by d222's negligence.

12. Termination

d222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stated timeframe.
• A player's request for self-exclusion.
• Regulatory requirement or court order.

Upon termination for cause, d222 may withhold funds pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on the account. Bonus balances are forfeited upon termination for cause.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting d222 support. Voluntary closures will result in the return of any real-money balance after any applicable verification checks.

13. Amendments to These Terms

d222 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, d222 will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your account, or via a prominent notice on the d222 platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the d222 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
